Care Circle was founded by a team of healthcare professionals and technology leaders who experienced firsthand how broken Ireland staffing system was. The vision was simple: build a platform that genuinely serves both carers and the people they care for.
Going Digital
Platform Launch
We launched our first digital platform connecting registered nurses and care assistants with care homes across Ireland. Within 12 months, over 200 healthcare professionals had joined and our first 50 partner facilities were on board.
The CareCircles App
Mobile First
We launched dedicated iOS and Android apps for both professionals and providers — bringing shift management, compliance tracking, and instant booking directly to smartphones. Over 1,000 active professionals joined within the first six months.

National Expansion
